The Axis deer, also known as the chital or spotted deer, is a medium-sized deer native to the Indian subcontinent, including India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Adapted to extreme desert conditions, the scimitar oryx can survive for long periods without water, obtaining moisture from the plants it eats.

The aoudad ram, also known as the Barbary sheep, is a wild sheep native to the rocky mountains and deserts of North Africa. Males, called rams, are notable for their large, curved horns and a shaggy mane that extends along their throat and chest. The dama gazelle, is a strikingly elegant antelope native to the Sahel and Sahara regions of Africa. It is the largest species of gazelle, with long, slender legs and a graceful build, well adapted for running across open desert and semi-desert landscapes. Its coat is typically white with reddish-brown markings on the back and flanks, providing camouflage in its arid habitat.

Sitatungas are shy and elusive, feeding mainly on reeds, grasses, and aquatic plants, and they are well adapted to their watery habitats.

The nyala, is a striking antelope native to southern Africa. Males have spiral horns and dark brown coats with white markings, while females are smaller and reddish-brown without horns. Nyala live in dense woodlands and thickets, are mostly browsers, and feed on leaves, fruits, and flowers, making them well adapted to their forested habitats.
